The safety of our clients and staff remains our highest priority. All staff adhere to the latest guidance on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when managing clients. The current guidance requires us to wear a mask and gloves while working with clients, when in close contact we will continue to use aprons as an additional precaution.

 

All our staff are fully vaccinated and continue to perform regular lateral flow tests.

 

We would encourage clients to use alcohol gel to sanitise their hands before and after therapy. If clients feel unwell before an appointment, we would encourage them to contact the therapist involved to discuss their symptoms and consider rearranging the appointment until the cause of the illness can be established.
